DTS.2001 Turnstile |
 |
The DTS.2001 Turnstile is made as a component of a complete Access Control System, which consists of a central unit and as many turnstiles as you like with different card readers. The system provides a large range of control and monitoring functions.
The intelligence of the system is situated in the central unit. The card data is recorded by the card readers and transferred to the center. After verification, the system grants or refuses access.
It is possible to use various methods of card reading such as barcode, magnetic stripe, contacted or contactless chip. Moreover, additional code key pads can be attached so that this system can be used for various applications in the range of access control and safety features.
The entry of access authorizations or the locking if cards are lost ist done directly at the central unit. The complete system is constructed modularly and simply. It can be installed without any problems. Access is usually effected by a twisted pair data line. Set-up, registration of reader, parameterization etc. can be easily completed over the console of the administration processor.
DTS.2001 is a security system for very senitive areas with a convincing price-performance ratio. Especially made for smaller applications, the system can be used for controlling gateways in parking garages as well as for controlling sensitive areas such as data centers, development departments etc., whereat it is able to controll gates, electrical door openers or turnstiles.
All details of the turnstiles are discussed with our customers and their request will be individually regarded. This includes the type and the alignment of the readers as well as the outer case and the material used.
Drive
The drive of the turnstile is powered by a 24VDC Servomotor with a non self blocking gearing. The Lock Position is blocked with a magnet, which is released at access time. Two modules are available:
- Turnstile is free at power fault
- Turnstile is blocked at power fault
Motor and magnet are controlled with a separate microcontroller (CPU) , which receives commands from the terminal. Alternatively to control by terminal, the turnstile kann also be controlled over the key pad (access without card).
Terminal
In addition to the turnstile, a fitting terminal is available with support of all current media. Magnetic stripe cards of ISO, Barcode cards with current barcodes, contacted chip cards (SLE4442, SLE4428,
), contactless chip cards (Proximity Cards/Tags) of different standards (125KHz, 13.56 MHz) such as Hitag1, Hitag2, EM, iCode1, iCodeSLI Mifare (ISO 11443-A) ISO 14443-B, ISO 14442-C, including the new ISO 15693 SmartLabel standard of popular producers of semi-conductorssuch as Philips, Infineon, ST, Texas Instruments.
