How it works

„Ticketing-in-a-Box“ is designed for non-complex ticketing activities.The stand-alone units are not networked. The system is designed to avoid fraudulent behavior by ensuring that the operator logs on to the system, thus making they are ultimately responsible for the cash take. At the end of the shift the operator records a final cash take, which must equate to the amount registered in the system. If there is a discrepancy, the system will request the operator to try again. If it does not work a second time, the shift will end and two receipts will be issued that require signatures from the operator and management.
All information can then be downloaded in a central database or a file sent by e-mail, so all activity can be combined and calculated for the day from all the single tand-alone stations. Flash cards can then be re-configured for the next event and next
operator.
