New E-Pass - innovative Technology from CCD |

 05.09.2007 - More and more countries come out with the Electronic Passport - in November 2005 it was also introduced in Germany. CCD offers its customers sophisticated solutions according to the ICAO-Standard - and has already received the first order for this product with a volume of 75.000 Euro.
The polycarbonate layers of the passport data- or holder page, which is supplied by CCD, make it extremely rugged. The passport can be individually personalised by the issuing authority with laser engraving - for example with the photograph of the passport holder and different biometric data.
This new product has a whole lot of future potential, states Werner Janssen, Managing Director of CCD. And it shows the special strength of our company: when advanced and flexibel ID solutions are needed, CCD is your competent and reliable partner.
