CCD has been awarded with the ICMA Élan Award for its excellent product solution and innovative trade fair stand concept at the ICMA Conference in Athens (8-11 October 2006).
The trade show stand had a design of a traditional custom border patrol area. It served as a showcase which presented how intelligent and safe entrance controls can work. Only a pre-encoded ID card combined with a fingerprint opened the barrier.
