 25.02.2010 - Whether drivers of buses or trucks, pilots, or captains: Anybody who is steering professionally in Hungary will carry an optical memory card as a drivers licence in the future. Our parent company LaserCard signed a corresponding contract with the Hungarian government at the beginning of this year.
“The key advantage of LaserCard’s optical security media lies in its tamperproof visual security,” said Bob DeVincenzi, president and CEO of LaserCard. In the coming six years, the Hungarian government is expected to need cards with a total volume of around four million US-Dollars.
