 25.02.2010 - The Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver are just over, when the aces will already be back on their skis in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. From March 10 through 14, the grand final of the FIS Ski-World Cup 2009/10 will take place there – amongst others the famous race on the legendary Kandahar run.
For the international sports event, CCD has supplied 6 high performance XXL printers as well as several thousand large format XXL cards. „For events such as the Ski World Cup our XXL cards are ideal – the access control is much facilitated this way“, says Norman Kämmerling, Sales Manager with CCD.
The large format cards, worn by visitors with lanyards, can be easily identified by the security personnel, even at longer distances. They also offer enough space for information of all kinds – apart from ID data for example for sponsor advertising or rules and regulations.
